"I am a new man because of God."

Norman K. writes the following to us,

"I am, was a rebel.  I was lost.  To say the least. I thought I could do what I wanted, when I wanted, as long as I half-heartedly repent in the end.  I was told lies all my life of what a man is, of what my purpose was, of how to conduct myself. ... I was self sufficient. I thought I was the man.  I was a beast and no one or nothing could make me surrender.  That was until I met God."

"I don't regret a second I have spent in jail.  I have something that I would have never gotten on my own.  God has blessed me more than I ever thought was possible.  His grace and mercy were so heart felt. ... I am a new man because of God."

"I can say without a doubt that if it wasn't for God blessing [the chaplains] in my life then I would have never met real men. ... I thank you so much for being a real role model to me, to show that it can be done.  I truly respect you, and it was very important to me to graduate.  I truly want to live my life according to the will of God.  It starts in here..."
